Everything there was fine and the staff were very helpful. The room was good-sized and it had shower facilities and a hair dryer, that's cool. I slept in the spacious bed. I had very very good days staying at this small hotel.

Appreciated our well-equipped and well laid out rooms in this place.

The hotel's location was perfect on a less than attractive road junction.

The place's location near the beach in a residential area was fantastic, the room was spacious, freshly decorated, and had a balcony.

The rooms in this Victorian building are spacious and the beds are really comfortable, while the location is fantastic, being close to the water tower, seafront, and restaurants.

The service provided was very good. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities. There were plenty of options for an incredible and excellent breakfast. The location was great and convenient, just a short walk from Southwold Boating Lake.

The breakfast options were good, especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town, being conveniently situated near key attractions. the staff were polite, friendly, and made us feel relaxed and happy during our stay.

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. It appeared tired and in need of some love and attention, which didn't give a good impression of the town.

Recently stayed at the Blyth Hotel for a few nights. Found a clean and nicely decorated room with a freshly renovated bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed having a small bar and the option of a reasonable dinner. Easy walking distance to the town center and the sea, with private parking available. A charming, traditional British B&B experience. Would definitely return if visiting the area again.

    Would recommend this hotel.

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the hotel's accessibility features and accommodations. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot, and the comfortable bed allowed us to relax after a long day. the hotel had a lovely garden that was convenient for our pet, and the communal areas were bright and comfortable. the breakfast and food served were delicious, and we felt like the hotel provided excellent value for money.

We felt like we were at a home away from home and had no complaints.
